BICOM was established in 1993 in Cairo, Egypt. Its initial activity was to provide service and support for Global Programmable Reservation Systems (GPRS) such as Raytheon Data Systems, Worldspan, Travelport and the like. In 1996, BICOM expanded to inlcude the trading of "Lantech" Network Products and UPSs. In 2001, we became the exclusive distibutor in Egypt for "Powercom" power protection equipment which remains our current business with about 60 dealers in the country. The GPRS services were transferred to a sister company, BiServe.

We sell our products through roughly 60 distributors and offer after-sales services and warranties. Repairs are carried out in our specialized workshop.
